HOW DO I MANAGE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ACCESS?
When reactivating the Communication Space, the ALTI codes (group of students) and/or PFTIs (group of teachers, with student role) that may be associated with the Space will also be transferred. These codes will be updated with the information available in Sigma for the current academic year. Any registration or cancellation of people within these codes will be reflected in the Communication Space the day after the action.
IMPORTANT. However, the people assigned to the Space with the editor-teacher-editor or non-editor roles will not be transferred. So you will need to assign them again. Remember that you can do it in bulk, entering all the NIUs separated only by a comma.
