What’s in the User menu?

The User menu is located in the upper right corner. It can be identified because you will see the initials of the name with which you have accessed the classroom.

This menu provides quick access to personal profile pages. It can be accessed by clicking on the initials of the name.

WHAT CAN I MANAGE?

  • Profile: allows you to review and update the information visible to other users with whom subjects are shared.
  • Grades: shows a summary of the grades obtained in all subjects (if you are a student) or a list of subjects being taught. This view is very useful for students.
  • Calendar: allows you to view the events marked on the virtual classroom calendar.
  • Private files: allows you to manage private files.
  • Reports: allows access to custom reports.
  • Preferences: allows you to change or customize the themes related to your user account.
  • Language: allows you to change the language of the Moodle classroom quickly and easily. However, the language of the content will not be modified.
  • Change role to..: allows you to see the classroom with other roles. This option is only available to teachers.
  • Exit: closes the user/user session in Moodle.
