Every user, regardless of their role, have access to edit your profile. To do this, access the drop-down menu user and click on Profile.

Then click on Edit profile.

The most important fields are:

  • Email address: define an e-mail (alternative to institutional), where they will receive all notifications.
  • Email display: allows to define the visibility of your email.
  • Image User: you can upload your own image.

The remaining sections are additional information to make it searchable by other users with whom you share the classroom.

The description of a user’s profile is viewable from anywhere in the classroom where your name appears as this is linked to the home page profile information.

REMARK: in order to make changes appear click on the Update profile button.
