I need to cancel a question from an exam that has already been taken or corrected.

Once the in-person exam and/or the correction in the virtual classroom has been completed, it may become necessary to void a question (because it is questionable or incorrect). How is this done?

Since the exam has already been administered (and/or corrected), a question cannot be deleted (as it would be if the exam had not yet taken place). In this particular situation, to void it, you proceed to modify its score.

Access the Questions section of the question exchange where the question to be cancelled is located. IMPORTANT: If the question appears in more than one exchange, you only need to make the changes in one of them.

Find the question you need to void and click on the pencil icon, next to the score.
