Wooclap. Why can’t I access the event?

If you are a student and need to access a Wooclap-type activity that the teachers want to carry out in the classroom:

  • Make sure you have access to the Moodle classroom. If for some reason you still do not have access you will see the following message when trying to participate in the activity.

Message indicating that the person trying to access the Wooclap activity does not have access.

 

  • If this is not the case, it could be that the teacher has not started it yet. If so you will see the following message:
