When creating an exam or submission in the virtual classroom, we recommend:
- Inform students of the activity’s characteristics: number of attempts (in the case of exams), instructions for completing it… all the information the student needs to complete it correctly.
- If the activity has specific dates, inform the activity itself. We remind you that automatic notifications are also sent from the classroom to students’ email addresses:
- Informing students of the activity’s dates.
- Reminder that the activity closes when there is one week left.
- Reminder that the activity closes when there are 48 hours left.
- Consider whether it is necessary to adapt the dates of the activity to students who need it. If you need more information, you can consult the entries or Questionnaire/Task. How can I set up an exception for one or more groups? (depending on the case).
- If you want to schedule an exam where a very large volume of students need to access at the same time, you may want to consider staggering your entry: Can I set the quiz in a way the students access it gradually?
