How to record a video class following a presentation and publish it on the Virtual Campus

HOW TO RECORD THE CLASS

Review the information of How to do an online class with Teams, where you will find how to organize and share a presentation during your remote class. If you want to record it, you must:

  • Click on the three dots to display the actions menu.
  • Access Record and transcribe.
  • Select Start recording.

Once your class is over,

  • Click on the three menu dots again.
  • Display your options and choose Record and transcribe.
  • Select the Stop Recording option.

Accessing the meeting chat you will find the video.

You will be able to:

  • Open it in the Stream – where the videos are saved in the MS environment. You will be able to apply certain settings or share it with other people.
  • Copy the link from the video location.

 

HOW TO SHARE THE RECORDING ON THE VIRTUAL CAMPUS

With the video location link you can easily publish it in the virtual classroom. You have different options:

  • Publication using theURL resource – [+ information] (opens in another tab)
  • Publication in a Text and media area or in the description of an activity, resource or section.
    • Create the tag, section or content where you want to share it.
    • In the text field where you want to share the video, click the link icon.

Add a link

    • Enter the name or text to be displayed and the video link.
    • Save the changes to make them effective.
